Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your FluffyFits purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify, the item must be unworn and returned in the same condition you received it, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, or anything else that came with your order. You must also provide proof of purchase, your order number, and the email associated with your order.

We reserve the right to refuse a voluntary return if the product is damaged, altered, misused, excessively used, or returned without its original items and accessories.

To request a return, please email us at fluffyfitssupport@gmail.com with the following information: your full name, order number, product name, reason for return, and any photos or videos relevant to the issue. Once we receive and review your request, we'll follow up with the next steps to complete your return.
